Members of the Senior Citizen Care Charitable Trust celebrated Makar Sankranti with an outing and a day of games.
Trust Chairman Dr. Anurag noted that loneliness and the challenges of old age often bring on depression and stress, and that events like this bring a welcome change of routine, filling life with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
Mahesh Prakash Mathur and Renu presented devotional bhajans, while Pushpa, Neelam, Manju, and Yashwant Murdia offered musical performances. Jagdish Joshi won at Housie, and Chandra Prakash and Renu Bohra emerged winners across the various games. Seniors enjoyed a range of traditional games throughout the day.
