This message was delivered by Additional Police, Superintendent City, Chandrasheel Thakur, during the Senior Citizen Care Charitable Trust’s Senior Citizens – Police Administration Meeting and Holi Celebration.
He emphasized that senior citizens should not hesitate to inform the police if they encounter any difficulties. The police are always ready to assist and support them. Assistant Police Superintendent, Manjeet Singh Pipalaj, explained that a beat officer is available to provide help when needed at the residences of senior citizens.
Station House Officer, Hanvant Singh Sodha, shared ways in which senior citizens can engage with the police administration. The meeting provided an opportunity for senior citizens to interact with police officers and build a stronger connection.
On this occasion, the senior citizens joyfully sang songs together with the police officers. The event witnessed the participation of 80 elderly individuals.
Delicious Lunch with sizzling veggies and everyone’s favourite Moong Dal ka Halwa stole the show as the members gathered in the commonplace and savoured the food with merry chitchat.
